Benton Honest TT Mist, what is it?
One of the singularities of Korean Skincare is that skin treatments and steps come in so many ways. Normally I would be using a toner, but not a toner and a mist. The only mist I used in the past was Evian water mist. And that was only in the summer, at the beach, so my skin would feel refreshed. Just water. Later on, I learned that if I applied water mist on my face, I had to cover it with a kleenex without pressing, to avoid that the water evaporation dries my skin. Because it does. We think we are giving some benefit to our skin, when in fact, to let even the purest of waters (yes, including your Tahiti water that you use in a plastic bottle spray) is going to dry your skin if you let it as is.
Then, I found some mists that had water as a base but essential oils added. Water is water, and even with the best of essential oils, it is not the best option. But more beauty skincare awareness was yet to come.
Now I know that the best face mists don’t have water but juice and plants extracts. This way, the evaporation is a natural thing, it comes just with the juice, water present united intrinsically as one with the virtues of the plant, while continuously hydrating. This is the case of Benton Honest TT Mist which adds as well hyaluronic acid to avoid dehydration.
With the wide variety of face mists on the Korean market now, we can choose the kind of benefits we expect from a face mist. I have tried bifida and snail mucin face mists, which are awesome, and this Benton mist, which calms my skin redness, hydrates and protects.
This mist makes part of the latest Bomibox received in November. I had many times thought of buying it, especially because I have other products by BENTON and even from their Honest line, but never did.
BENTON HONEST TT MIST
When spraying, a mist comes out from the tube, quite wide, and reaches more than half of my face each time I spritz. I have not felt any irritation on my eyes while using it.
The TT stands for Tea Tree (melaleuca), so beneficial for acne pro skin, but also for sensitive skin and redness. Tea tree has antiseptic properties as well as anti -inflammatory ones.
There is no particular scent that I can smell while using this mist. This is one of the great things about it.
To improve rough and damaged skin from stress and pollution, with moisturizing and cooling effect.
For all skin types

HOW TO USE
I use it after washing my face. It can be used anytime, especially during the hot summer days. It can also be used as the night routine’s last step to protect the skin and allow the mist benefits to be active on acne skins during the night.
This mist helps my skin recover from redness. Since I do not have acne, I cannot give my opinion about this, but there are many reviews that speak so great about this product. Since it does not have any scent, I use it freely on my face, without fear of having a bad reaction due fragrance’s allergies. I can feel the benefits almost instantly but especially I see the results in the morning: my skin doesn’t have almost any visible redness and looks relaxed. It is, on the other hand, a practical bottle due to its medium dimensions, easily portable inside your bag, tote, etc. Even inside a pocket if you go on an excursion and need to give to your skin a good halt and recovery during the summer.
Have you tried it? Did you feel any sort of benefits while using it? Share your comments, they are always welcome!
